Starter Pack

An introductory starter pack for all regardless of fitness level, geared toward consistent and persistent growth and development. This package includes: 5 week strength + sculpt program for busy women who want visible results without confusion, restriction, or burnout. Inside the app, you’ll follow a 4 day training split with gym + home options, video demos for every movement, and built in progression so you’re never guessing what to do next. Expect intentional training that targets what matters most: glutes, waist, curves, and overall shape without endless, aimless HIIT or random unstructured workouts.

This package includes:

  • 5-week strength + sculpt program (4 workouts/week)

  • Gym + home options

  • Video demos for every movement

  • Built-in progression (so you know exactly what to do each week)

  • In-app workout + progress tracking

  • Nutrition guidance (Plate Method + optional MyFitnessPal macros)

  • Simple cardio guidance

This is not 1:1 coaching

Elite Pack

A high-touch, limited-spot coaching experience for women who want the fastest results with personalized adjustments and direct access. This is for the woman who’s ready to be coached closely, held to a higher standard, and supported through the details . Elite Coaching is application only and limited to a small number of clients per cycle to protect quality and results.

This package includes:

  • Personalized 1:1 Coaching

  • 12 week elite coaching container (5 applicants per cycle)

  • Weekly 1:1 Zoom coaching calls for check-ins + direct coach feedback

  • Personalized training + nutrition adjustments based on your progress

  • Priority support (business hours)

  • Progress reviews + strategy updates throughout

  • Application + acceptance required

More about me

I believe that every person should take control of their own health and fitness before it is too late. As a Nurse Practitioner and an ICU nurse, I have taken care of countless patients with chronic diseases, some of which could have either been delayed or prevented with proper nutrition and exercise. No one thinks about breathing until they cannot, and no one thinks about being healthy until they are not. My goal is to change that narrative.

At Nurse Got A Body, we believe that our habits shape our futures, and so everything I do, helps you to put your health and fitness back at the top of your priority list.


The way I do this is by:
